CARE works with some of the world's poorest communities to provide emergency relief, community rehabilitation, and long-term solutions to poverty. You and your class can join CARE in the fight against poverty by becoming a part of the CARE Action Network.
The CARE Action Network allows you to speak out about the need to eradicate poverty and related issues and speak up about policies and programs that can help. CARE provides you with an Advocacy Toolkit containing information about CARE and the connections between poverty and issues such as education and health, along with tips on how to engage in a letter writing campaign to educate members of Congress about the need to improve quality of life around the world.
